Trex RainEscape is a unique under-deck drainage system. It is a network of troughs and gutters that works to keep rain, spills and snow melt from dripping through elevated deck boards, creating a dry patio area on the ground level below. It can even be installed on an existing deck by removing the flooring before installation. Once the Trex RainEscape deck drainage system is installed, utilities can be added then covered with the soffit or ceiling of your choice. During the deck design process, we would be happy to discuss the benefits that Trex RainEscape may offer you.

If you have an elevated deck that has enough height under the deck to walk around, Trex RainEscape is the perfect solution to keep your space dry and comfortable. Trex RainEscape is installed over the framing of your deck and under the flooring. This placement keeps the frame of your deck dry and therefore increasing the lifespan of the deck frame. Once this system is installed not only will the area under your deck be kept dry, you can add in items such as a ceiling fan, speakers, furniture or pot lights to brighten up the area under your deck. Then to finish off the area you can choose a variety of finishing options for the ceiling under your deck. Your Deck Company has installed countless projects using the Trex RainEscape system. Todd Mounsey the owner of Your Deck Company also directly helped to create items that have perfected the overall system.
