TDSB – CENTRAL TECHNICAL SCHOOL – TWO STEEL FRAME DECKS & ONE ACCESS RAMP

Your Deck Company was selected for this special project due to our knowledge and expertise with Trex Decking as well as Trex Elevations steel framing. Due to issues with the soil and contamination, GoliathTech helical screw piles were used to support the foundation of the two separate decks. We were able to transform the entire school yard into a carefree space that can be enjoyed by the entire community. With a combination of concrete seat walls, ramps and decking the areas are all fully accessible by anyone that wishes just to spend some time to relax. As this is a high traffic area including skateboarders, Trex decking was the obvious choice for durability. Trex Elevations steel framing was selected for its strength and durability. Using these products allows the TDSB to reduce maintenance and replacement costs.
